Michelle is Belgian and can look on 15 years of experience in property development. She oversees all ongoing developments, Europe-wide, from a technical and project management perspective.

Jay is Dutch and has more than 8 years of experience in Asset Management and Business Development. Jay identifies development opportunities and works with Mark to make sure our projects are let as soon as possible.

Patrick is South African with over 10 years of experience in Finance and Real Estate. Patrick is responsible for the financial management of our developments and leads the operations of our firm.

Arne is German with over 10 years of experience in Finance and Real Estate. Arne identifies partners for our developments and manages the capital & structural aspects of our business.
