We fully recognise the importance of sustainability and energy efficiency. It is at the heart of everything we do and thus fundamental to our development approach. Maximum sustainability measures are taken; our developments make use of renewable energy, are gasless and constructed from circular materials in a sustainable way. Hereby, we aim for BREEAM-NL.

Concept & planning

By actively working with our customers from the conceptual phase, we can offer a comprehensive package which best suits their specific needs. Combining the specific requirements of the tenants and our knowledge of logistics processes with our planning and technical expertise, we create efficient and best-in class products for our customers.

Site selection & construction

After assisting the client with the site selection, our team will oversee the architectural and engineering design of the building, process the plans through the relevant authorities to obtain the necessary permits and construct the facility according to the predefined scope, in line with the construction schedule and budget.

Project management & development

Our team is accountable for project management and the entire building process. One of our development members is assigned to serve as single point of contact throughout the duration of the project.

We encourage a sustainable approach to the design and use of our assets by embracing innovative design and technologies to deliver solutions with low energy output, carbon-neutrality, waste reduction and using renewable energy resources that all minimise the impact on the environment.
